Tumwater (Chinook for waterfall) is the oldest permanent Anglo-American settlement on Puget Sound, originally platted in 1845 as New Market. The series of cascades at the mouth of the Deschutes River as it empties into the Budd Inlet of the Puget Sound, Tumwater Falls, are a major feature of our tranquil community and a major attraction for our neighbors in Olympia and visitors from around the world.
In spite of the sound of Tumwater falls, our community provides an escape from the urban bustle of the state’s capitol with quiet, suburban living with an abundance of parks and lakes to experience nature. The sound of water tumbling over the rocks of a waterfall is among the most life-enriching experiences nature provides, but those with hearing loss will not enjoy its fullness without some help from a hearing care expert.
Rather than simply encountering the newest hearing technology, it is far more beneficial to work with the right team of audiology experts toward better hearing. At South Sound Audiology, you become a member of our family, which allows you access to a higher level of caring, trustworthy and experienced hearing care.
Join the hundreds of incredible people, local organizations and local physicians by putting your trust in us since 2007 and take advantage of our methodical process of achieving better hearing near your Tumwater, WA home.
